i was wondering how all u guys put on ur star kits with those shitty ass instructions. the hrc kit has good instructions, like 20 pages, but the star kit has like 2. wtf? did anyone use other sources or what? is this board how most of u learned to put this shit together? im coming down to the final stretch of being n/a so i need all the info i can get. thanx.

its really easy once you get started, its all bolt on stuff. When you do it just have a few friends around to help. And if you get stuck just post and someone will help ya out.

I didn't even look at the instructions really, i do have previous turbo expierence (88 4.3 chevy blazer, 64 olds cutlass) but i got almost all my sources from this board, everyone is really helpfull if you can't find what you want off the search engine, but all in all my cousin (VW Bug man) myself (software engineer) 4 18 packs, 4 trips to the auto part store for vaccum hose 'T's' and clamps, 2 trips to the bar (with a plethera of pitures) about a dozen scrapes, one burn and 2 days got it done. And it sure was fun! good luck and let the questions begin.
