hey guys whats up,
i am very busy working hard to collect all the parts neccessary to complete my custom turbo kit. I need a fuel pressure regulator. i have been told to get the Vortech SFMU and i was wondering where i could buy that. i have searched and searched and searched and cant seem to find it. and how much should i be paying for that part. i have found a Vortech 12:1 FMU. would that be good enough for a stage 2 set up that i plan on. would it be much cheaper...which one should i go with. there is another part that i have spent alot of time searching for but cant seem to find a place to buy...VC-2. can someone help me out with where to get that. also is this my definate choice for a fcd or go with a vc1 or something to save money?
thanks for any help everyone,
-paul.

thats cool man, do you have any clue why your car ran fine without the fcd for a few months and then all of the sudden one day it needed it? doesnt seem to make much sense. then again cars like...wait are there many girls on here? dont wanna get slapped with the label of sexist pig haha. and whats up with splitsec.com? i went to their page and i cant find the vc2's. i see the "VC1" and "FC1". where is the vc-2. i clicked on products and then i clicked on signal clamps. uhm if its supposed to be one of their products and if it is supposed to be a signal clamp just like the vc1 then....?

The VC-2 is not listed on the site. You have to call to order it.

Paul make sure that the SFMU is a vortech and not a Cartech
You can buy one online at
http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/accessories/fuel.html

It is a much better setup to use a SFMU to replace the stock fuel pressure regulator and adding a FMU
One unit will does it all and it's fully adjustable on all parameters
so it's usefull if you wants bigger injectors

i have no idea, it worked w/o it for a while, and now it doesn't and i hit fuel cut if i boost over 3#'s. and yeah, you have to call splitsec, he said that they don't even sell the vc1's anymore, the vc2s are like 10$ more and they're adjustable if you'd ever want that.
