Do a search over the month of may... it's been discussed here many times. My basic answer is - if you have to ask for a list of everything that you'll need, then you probably shouldn't be building a custom turbo system. RxR_Eclipse and I are both doing one now and we've both recommended others to buy a kit. Also, the manifold kit I saw on eBay is shit... please do not waste your money on that. If you need a custom manifold, contact Alain... he's on the board and you'll find all kinds of info on that if you search!

In a nutshell, if you have to ask for advice on a custon turbo steup, you don't know enough to be fabbing a custom turbo setup.
The people that don't have to ask are the ones that just seem to show up with them. Think about it.

Yea I would recomend just getting the Hahn or Starr kit, Yes it will be cheaper(custom kit of course), but if you really don't know what your doing, your in for a lot of trouble. Check out this site and see what he did to his first turbo project and you will know what I mean. (yes it is a honda site, but the principle is the same) www.homemadeturbo.com
I would have my kit done by now but I lost a strut on the left rear and just decided to by the tokico illums ($380 shipped). Soon to be turboed, innercooled mid next month!!!!
