ok i heard som kid that has a honda with a supper charger and he said he heard of somone or somwhere , he said iced everything i dont know but the said it makes every thing run somutch cooler and gains like 13 hp and its better for your car and its mods anyone have any idea let me know case iam confused

Icing isn't allowed at most tracks because you get water all over. You just put ice on the header or intake manifold or some shit and it cools it down.
