on a turbo application i'm sure it would flow better but how much of a gain would you see?

...the 55mm is supposed to give 2%-4%, 60 is a lot more flow and would probably provide more, depending on mods, to really utilize the new found air.

Personally, I don't think the 60mm will make too much difference, in terms of horsepower. You can definitely notice the quicker throttle response (and the engine revving when it sticks open a little when coming to a stop).
