Well seriously though, you will need a place where you can leave
your car for maybe up to one week (without needing to move it),
should anything go wrong (parts missing/broken or if you have
other things to do) and you should be able to have alternative
transport, because do not expect to be done in one stretch.
Also, you may have to occasionally rush out to get silly things,
like drill bits etc...
What follows below, assumes that you are buying a Stage II HRC,
and is based on my experience:
A full set of metric wrenches from like 8mm-19mm. Craftsman is
the best quality/price. If price is no issue, then Snap-On tools
re the ultimate. 12pt. wrenches are better than 6pt ones. You
should get the kind of wrenches with Open and box ends. You will
use both ends.
A ratchet with socket bits from 6mm-19mm. (Also get 12pt socket bits).
A torque Wrench - somewhat useful, however not 100% necessary..
An exhaust manifold gasket. The kit doesn't come with one. Get
the Multi-layer metal gasket. Don't get the POS one piece gasket
it doesn't seal properly.
A disc grinder (not necessary, but VERY useful for occasional
mettal cutting, bumper cutting & trimming in general)
Something to cut the stock downpipe to mate it to fit the turbo
downpipe. A metal hacksaw will do the job.
An O2 sensor removal bit. Basically its about something like a
21mm ratchet bit with a slit down the side. The slit is very
useful because it prevents the O2 sensor wire from being cut off.
A drill with drill bits and a few large hole-saw attachments (to
make a hole to pass the intercooler piping through)
Air tools are a super + , however you can squeeze by without them.
You definitely will need a jack and jack stands. You will be
under the car for several things. Get jack stands for added
safety in case you jack lets go..I have seen jacks let go its not
cool.
5 Quarts of high quality oil (I use Mobil One 10W30) and a new
Oil filter (Preferably the Mopar one).
Good Luck, patience, and a lot of Caffeine (Mountain Dew works fine)
If there is enough interest, I will post a slightly more complete
guide, it just will take a little longer than this post!

Althought most of the craftsman tools are made kinda cheap these days, they still got lifetime warranty. I know this because I been a Associate for awhile now ;P.
