I bought the profec a from ebay but it did not come with any instruction. I tried the greddy web sight but my word processor will not open the file for the instructions. If anyone with this unit can explain how to install it on my 96 Eclipse with the Hahn kit it will help a lot.
Thanks for any help,
Patrick

I have the profec A. I got it off ebay and the guy said it was a B but when I got it and I saw it, it was a profec A. I don't know to much about the profec A but that is what I have so I will have to roll with it.

it's very simple. I beleive the dip switch settings for it on a normal internally gated turbo are on greddy's website. I beleive port A on the control box goes to the manifold, port B goes to the charge pipe, and port c goes to the actuator (I could be VERY wrong, call greddy to be sure.......that question is easy enough for them to answer). to program the controller, turn it on. it will say p1. Give the car a full blast run in 3rd gear from a low arp all the way to liek 6K or so. this tell's the controller what your base boost pressure is. this numbe rshould flash at you on the screen. then press powre again, and it will say P2. give it another full blast run, and if you see it start to overbost, let off. the active boost gauge should work now, and now all you have to do is turn the big knob to whatever boost you want to run. it will display on the screen and that is what your car should run. to go into overtake boost mode (timed high boost) press the otb button. to go into high boost mode, hold that button down for 2 seconds. to adjust the high boost level, turn the ratio knob and yoru high boost value will apear on the sreen. turn until you get the setting you want. it will go up to 50% mroe than your current boost setting. to adjust the ammount of time ti will stay in overtake boost mode, turn the time knob. it will display the ammount of time you will stay in otb mode in seconds. to set the overboost warning, I "beleive" you press otb and power at the same time, I know it is 2 buttons, I just forget the sequence. i fyou do it right, you will ge tanother value on the screen, and you jsut keep presseing the buttons until you celect the overboost value you want. if you make more boost then that value, the controller will drop you back to wastegate settings. enjoy
