The Delta Wastegate that comes with the Star kit comes with a 7 lb spring right but you will only get 5lb boost. If you have a 9lb spring would you only be running 7psi?

There are also other factors that affect boost, such as a bigger exhaust piping, bigger downpipe, and a high flo cat or testpipe.
