BOV are basically plug and play. Fit it tightly onto the pipe and hook the vacuum source to the nipple and voila. You can find a vacuum source coming from the intake manifold per say HRC instructions manual.

Make sure you hook the vaccuum signal to the hose barb on top of the bov. To adjust it w/ the bolt on the top, screw it in to tighten it and out to let it blow off easier. if it whistles a ton when you aren't even boosting, you can tighten it some to make it stop. But just make sure you don't tighten it enough that it doesn't vent enough air. I had to tighten mine around 1.5 turns to get that goddamn whistling to stop. later, justin

OK, I know its pretty simple, I just dont wann do something wrong. The star instructions suck arse. Ok so tighten , and such, but which part, looks like i can do that to the nut or the bolt using a hex driver? Also where did you guys tap for the boost vacume reading?

The actual part that you tighten is the bolt in which you insert the hex key. the nut is there to lock the bolt in place so that it doesn't move. justin
