Is there a way to determine how much timing to pull vs. the amount of boost?

from what i know you need to run the car with as little boost as possable for a full run and see what the timing adv is.
Then set it so at full boost so you will run 18-20 or more if your boost isnt so high.

Say on you initial run with as little boost as possavle you see 28 deg adv, then you can set the crane to pull 8 deg at full boost, say 15psi. then run it and if all you gauges looks good then you should be able to go up another dev in adv to 21 now, and so on....
