Ever since I bought the star stage 2 turbo it been doing this everytime i boost at 3700rpm. Does this mean I'm running to rich??? Because all I smell is fuel, but there's no fuel leaking from anywhere. It's just thick crispy black smoke coming out of my exhaust. How can I make this stop? I havnt upgraded my ignition or spark plugs yet could this be the problem???

now won't gettin colder plug just make that rich situation worse? Do you have an AF ratio gauge? I'm using the stock heat range plugs and they work out fine. I used to have 7es... Get a super afc that'll fix the problem emoji I'm running mega rich now also

Black smoke--sounds like a rich fuel system. How does the inside of your exhaust look? Is it black also? If it is, that's an indication of a really rich fuel system.

Yea the inside of the exhaust is really black, and the back of my bumper is getting black even though I have a black car. But uh wutt should I do about this?

Do you have any kind of fuel controller, such as, an AFC? Or, if you have an adjustagle fuel pressure regulator, you could also lower the fuel pressure as well. Your static (idle) fuel pressure should be around 45 psi, and at WOT at 7-8 psi, it should be at about 110 psi, unless you have bigger than stock injectors, then you could have a lower @ WOT fuel pressure.
