ok, here's da deal..
my g/f took my car to the shop who put in my turbo for a new gasket and to fix a leak.. well, they did, and used loctite blue on the nuts connecting the turbo to dp.. well, I get home and drive it, no blow off, shity performance.. I popped the hood and there is white splattered shit all over.. same as whats dripped from the nuts, so I'm assuming its loctite.. There are splatter marks all the way back to my firewall.. my turboxs type h-rfl is pointing up, so I think it might have gotten a droplet in it.. I can manually open it but its rough, and wont close all the way itself..
Can I use soem lubricating oil in it? just a little? Is it hard to take it apart?

It's really easy to take apart. Just un-screw the top and you can just pull the valve right out. The only thing inside it is a large spring and any washers that you might have put in.
