if its in the hole it must be your gaskets around the valve cover.. if its around the spark plug only its just the plugs...

The bad news is that the 420A has defective valve cover gaskets, and valve cover spark plug well gaskets, the good news is that they are fairly easy to replace. Probably has, or will have happened to all of us over time. When mine did the same thing, I just went to my Mitsubishi dealer, bought the four spark plug well valve cover gaskets, and the main valve cover gaskets, and looked in the Chiltons manual about Valve cover removal, and replacement (which is VERY easy), and replaced everything. Easy fix, and your engine will be happy again. I personally suggest replacing your spark plugs, and checking your spark plug cables thoroughly for any damage just as to maintain optimal performance from your engine.
