Do a compression check.

Check for leaks by your headgasket.

You losing some power or what?

Well, I have an RS with a Star Stage 1 E-trim. I was just pushing 5psi for a year non intercooled and I have a boat load of oil coming out of the breather on my valve cover. When I first had the turbo put on, I had little to no oil coming out of the breather. I have a compression tester and I havent done a test yet cause Im too lazy to do it. But I'm sure its a cracked piston. When it first started, I had to go into boost in order for oil to spray out but now I dont have to. If you are having the same issues then that most likely is the problem. Also, I have smoke coming out of the breather, oil cap and oil dip stick pipe. Ive never had smoke coming out of the tail pipe unless I put something over the breather to stop the smoke. Im currently getting a rebuild done. Good luck bro.
