#20580, "What companies make performance clutches for our 420A's?"

I am looking for an aftermarket clutch kit for my car and have found some from Centerforce and Clutchmaters but are there any other companies that carry or make performance clutches for our cars? I heard that the 95 non-turbo Eclipses have a different clutch set then the 96 to 99 so that means that the 95's don't have modular clutches but only the 96 to 99, am I rite? Where can find better deals on a clutch kit for my 96 Eclipse RS-T? Thanks for the help guys.

your best bet is getting a clutchmasters, they are the best made clutches for our trannys I have found, you can convert to a non-modular design, you can get a pressure plate and clutch disk, and a lightened flywheel if you like, it will be more expensive BUT the next time you need a clutch, you wont have to buy the whole modular unit, so you'll come out cheaper.

I highly recommend clutchmasters. I have the Stage 3 and if I ever do have to replace it I will be getting the Stage 4 and the Fidanza Lightened Flywheel.

yep clutchmasters and centerforce. There's another good clutch I heard is the star clutch. I forget who sells it in the US though emoji On howell's site they have a Borg Warner clutch not sure how good that is but it's cheap.

only certain 95s have non modular clutches. I forget what months have the non mod clutches. I sure hope mine does emoji hehe NE1 know? I'm looking for a new clutch this summer.
