do they have two setting like i can have it at 5psi diving arownd and if somone whant to race me i can pust a button and boost up to like say 9 or 10psi?

You would have to get an electronic boost controller for that. The Greddy Profec-B has a remote switch that mounts in the steering wheel. Here: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclgages.htm

I was surfing the other day and found that turbo xs makes a dual stage boost controller in which you can switch boost with a toggle switch and it is a manuel one.

I have dejon dual mbc. 5psi on regular driving and a flip of a swicht jumps to 7psi.
