#20342, "SFMU & 315cc injectors"

Is anyone else running this?

What fuel pressure are you seeing?

Im running 8lbs of boost w/ s16g. I have the 2.47" disc and soft spring in, and see ~62-63 psi of FP at WOT w/ the boost screw set all the way in on the SFMU (so doesnt leak off any pressure).

my corbin a/f meter is still reading over 1.0v most of the time, and rarely sees anything below .98v.

EGT's seem fine, but this seems like low fp for 315 injectors. i thought the guys who run 440's run fp in this range :/

Ive heard that o2 sensors will start to read rich when they start to go bad, is that true?

ive been playing around w/ the fmu all weekend, tried swapping springs, messing with the boost screw, and today put the smaller disc in to get these numbers.

thanks for any help

(OT: also did a compression check today, been boosting since november, and got 190-195 across the engine emoji emoji )

When my o2 went bad it would NOT go rich for anything.

what egt reading are you getting? if your getting .98v the least you your egt will be low at wot or very high... i have the stock injec with a s-fmu 3xx disk with hard spring i used the bleed screw and check valve... at 6psi i get 83-86psi of fuel and egt are max 1500-1550 and air fuel .94-1.00v depends... i have the 315cc injecs in the garage but no time to put them in i might wait till a rebuild... what fuel pressure at idle are you running with the bleed screw all the way in? what psi at 6psi and 9psi are you seein?...if your getting 1.00v thats alot also your o2 could get mess up...

My static pressure is ~40psi, idle pressure is ~27psi or so. egt's are fine, 1525 or so at the end of a 90-95mph run. dont start rising over 1550 till around 120 after a full run from 0.
