Adjust your fuel pressure. Fuel flow from an injector is based partially on the fuel pressure behind it.
If you had an S-AFC, I would still get an A/F. It is a pain to read O2 volts with S-AFC and tune at the same time (flipping from screen to screen). Plus, we don't know if the S-AFC has a high enough resistance across its input leads to properly read voltage. It needs to be essentially infinite. Otherwise, it won't read correctly.

An air/fuel gauge and/or some form of datalogging would be essential for properly tuning your car, especially when you're pushing some extra boost in it.
The gauge is good in letting you know as you are driving if you're runnig too lean, but sometimes logging the data is the only way to really fine tune your air/fuel ratio for proper tuning.
