i ran the fmu from the rear, ran 1 long vac line to the manifold , the same line was t-eed off to the boost guage and the bov. That could be a reason why i wasnt getting enough fuel pressure from the fmu. I think there was very little boost pressure coming from the many down the long vac line for the fmu to read properly, especially after it was T-ed off of 2 other boost dependent sources. Let me know what you guys think. I really want to keep my Star stage 2 for another rs conversion. I just need some insight. I was thinking this was my past problem. If i can get some reassurance for why i was running lean, then i will feel better. I will buy another n/t dsm.

thanx 2gnt-T john

I have my fmu by the gas tank for a year now with no problem. Your problem is somewhere else. double check yoe map sensor connections.
