#20068, "Wastegate signal hole size on turbo?"

I have the t3/t4 (star kit). I'm going to run my wastegate signal from the intake manifold, so I have to plug the hole in the turbo. Just curious if anyone knew what size that hole was. I'm thinking it's 1/8 NPT, but not sure. Anyone know?

On a side note, what's the best way to get more signal lines from the manifold without T'ing the line 100 times? I know I can drill it and add a port, but I don't want to have to take it off. I might just have to do that though...any suggestions?

Thanks
Matt

as far as the plug for the turbo.. just take the one that the vacuum line was supposed to to on and find one that has the same thread pattern (that is what I did)
about the intake mani vacuum lines.
I took off my egr and used the metal pipe... the part that conects to the intake mani I sawed off so it was about 2 inches long. then welded shut and put in 3 brake lines as my "nipples". and just bolted it back on where it used to be.
that gave me 3 more vacuum line ports and no need to drill the intake manifold..
hope that helps..

I know I could do this, but I thought somebody might know the size so I wouldn't have to take it off until i replaced it. that way I can go buy the plug on my way home today.

I remember seeing you did that. I might try that. What do you mean by brake lines? are they just metal fittings you rigged in there by drilling and tapping the pipe?

just got a break line that is wide enough for the vacuum lines cut three pieces and faltenned the ends so taht they would act as a stopper so taht the vacuum line would not blow off easily. then just tapped 3 holes in my new little 2-3" pipe and welded the lines in. hehe
not the prettiest thing but it works nice! emoji
