I have a 98 GS. I bought a Vortech 12-1 FMU. Where do I install it at? Does it go under the car or can i install it on the firewall in the engine bay or something? Also do I remove the stock FPR and install a small section of fuel line where the old FPR used to be?

NO, leave the stock FPR. put the fmu inline after the stock fpr.
