i was wondering what the side screw on the fpr does???
i was also wondering how the vacuum lines are supposed to run to the fpr. could someone explain the proper set up to me?? thanks

Lets see if I can get this right this time:
The thumb screw on the HRC/Cartech FPRs is for bleeding off pressure under boost. So, say you're running 100psi at 8lbs boost, and you want 105, you'd screw in (close valve, clockwise) the bleed screw so the FPR sees more boost and causes more of a restriction, which ups the fuel pressure under boost.

Screw in- Raise boosted FP
Unscrew- Lower boosted FP
