I have the VC off right now so the injectors are real easy to get to. I have 30 lb one ssitting right here but I need to know if I can throw them on there. I do not have a turbo on there yet. I know it will be rich but will it be drivable? Do I need to do anything else besides just plug them in? tia, I really appreciate any help!!

Yeah, you can throw them on.. An AFC would help, and it may run rich until the ECU re-learns its fuel trims, but you can do it..

One more thing. I have the VC off so I can't exactly start it to release pressure on the fuel system. Can I just pull the rail off or do I need to do something special?

There is a service fitting on the passenger side of the rail. it is a schrader valve.. poke it with a stick and it will jet gas out all over you. Pressure relieved
