I am in the process of installing a custom turbo kit on my 98 GS 5-speed. I have the following mods: BIG 16G w/ 9psi wastegate actuator, EVO 3 o2, custom 3" downpipe, 3" Thermal catback, Hahn/Accel 310cc/min injectors, Walbro 255lph pump, Crane 0016 cams, Crane Hi-rev valve springs, Crane Ti retainers, AFX UDP, AEM cam gears, Greddy FMIC, VC1, overbore throttle body, ported intake manifold.
I want to make sure that the bottom end can handle all of this.

hmm I'm hopping you meant 9lb spring 9psi is kind pushing it for daily driving. But you looking at around 200-300 HP. My guess....
Post pictures and stuff when you get it working, it's always interesting to see a cutom kit. Don't blow it up while your at it, hope you know what your doing

On the turbo he is using I think 9 psi should be fine. The big 16g is smaller than the super 16g right? And I run 8 psi on mine and have been for a while. 9 is kinda high but it will work.
