well today i took the car out for a spin and when i got back the oil dipstck was out alil bit and there was air cmin from there. smoke, i guess. how bad is this? does this happen to many of you guys?TIA

i remember one of james post which the same thing happen to him and i believe it could be due to some internal probs? do a compression check i remember one of james cylinders was a bit low?

i did once, i added a catch can made from a rabbit feeder he he , ne ways, i thought i added a little too much oil, never happened again...................oh well

well, i would recommend a compression test. do this and post the results and we'll see what this tells you. if any are low like in the <150 range, you may have a bad ring or cracked piston. lates james
