I was pissed about the cartech and the answers I gto from HRC. So I emailed the tech support on cartechs website, and got an email from Corky Bell, the guy who designed the fpr! He said just to call him..
Well, here is what I found out: He said that the idle fuel pressure needs to be measured at atmospheric pressure (0) on the gauge, meaning to pull off the vacuum line and then set it at 50 psi or so.
He also said that for 5 lbs and 80 psi I should turn the side screw almost fully in.
I did everything he said and the car runs much better now.. I can actually get my fuel pressure under 90 @ 5lbs of boost.
the idle fuel pressure with the vacuum line hooked up is about 36 for me now..
I dunno, it works for me.. going to the track tonight, and will post my time slips later
