Can you drop the oil pan and do a rebuild on your cars? Im going to get the bottem end kit from Howell and get it rebuilt and wasnt for sure if you could drop the oil pan or if you had to pull the engine??

In theory, it's possible, but why make it so much harder on yourself? it's easier to just remove the engine and work on it like that.

talk to jamesman, he did his rebuild without removing the engine. I took my engine completely out, but he did what your thinking about. drop him an email and he can probably tell you how..
