basically the only performance mods i will be doing to my car for now will be intake/exhaust/headers/udp, until i can upgrade my brakes, suspension, interior, etc. after im done with all that, i plan on getting HRC stage II turbo kit. i know that the exhaust and upd wont be replaced, and i know the headers will, but my question is will my intake be replaced by a part in the kit? more specifically an AEM CAI which is what im planning on getting. thanks.

I'm not turbo yet but I've been looking into it. Your header will be replaced by the the exhaust manifold that the turbo bolts on to and a downpipe. The intake will be replaced with the tubing that comes with the kit.

ok thanks. i knew the headers would be replaced by the exhaust manifold, but i was gonna get them anyway for now. but now since i know that the intake will be replaced too, i think i wont get either. just get the exhaust and save up for the turbo kit. thanks again.
EDIT>> ok just saw cyan's post. so you kept your intake? which is better, the AEM or the parts that come with the kit? anyone else do this with a HRC?
