...4psi if i'm lucky. i have hrc stage 1. everyone else i have talked to gets a steady 5psi. i know its just 1-2 lbs but i want them. Is there something i can look into? and btw, little to no audible boost leaks.

is your boost gauge directly tapped into the intake mani? if not it coule just not be getting the right reading if you have it tapped into other splitting lines. it could be something as siple as this.(if you have no leaks)

run the wastegate signal hose directly off the manifold, instead of the nipple on the compressor (cap that nipple off)
also, wheres ur boost guage tapped in at? do u still have stock exhuast piping, i only got 3 lbs of boost w/ stock exhaust piping and stage 1 on my car...
stage 1, theres not exactly a whole lotta places to leak at, so its prolly not a leak

blah blah blah, if you paid for a stage I, your gonna have a 6psi spring. If you add an intercooler afterwards, its gonna have a 2psi pressure drop. Hence 3psi. If you dont have intercooler, listen to above.
