Just curious... HOw many here still have their stock motor with no internal work and is keeping up with their Turbo Setup either Stage1 or stage 2? Ive been using NOS for many years and its fun, but i do get the speed bug almost all the time but dont want to juice it everyday, and since i just bought another 2g, i want to put a turbo kit in it, but not really do anything else to the motor and still have power all the time... HOw long has everyone motors last??? What stage should i get??? any info please share with me..

thanks
RO

Well I've been running my engine w/ stage 2 for about a year now. I don't have any internal mods as of yet. The only prob that I ran into was I scrapped my stock clutch awhile ago and had to get a new one. I am looking into building the bottom end now that I have my car apart. I'm not sure if I want to invest that much right now though, I don't do much racing so I don't know if it's worth the extra $1500. I probably will though, because I would like to boost a little more and don't want to run the risk of blowing my engine.

30k overall, 7 k turbo'ed.

What

Stage 1 or 2 with up to 7 psi safely I would guess. Anymore and there are risks without an in-line fuel pump.
