#18807, "Need info on size of AN fittings"

I plan on changing out my "T" oil fitting where it goes from the block to the oil pressure sensor and to the turbo. I got the new "T" fitting from Greg. My question is what size part that attaches to the "T" fitting for the line that goes to the turbo. My "T" fitting I want to put in has the same size female on the top as the female hole for the oil pressure switch. I think its 5/8. But from what I remember the nipple the attaches to the "T" fitting is a lot smaller. So is there a piece I can buy that attaches to a 5/8 hole and then has a smaller niple on top? Jeez this is hard to explain. It would be a lot easier if I had a digital camera to show you.

TIA

Yep, I'm lost. Anyway, the hole in the block is 3/8 and I would assume that the "T" is 3/8 as well. But, I have no idea what nipple you are talking about...

Ok maybe this time it will work....i am talking about the nipple where the oil line that goes to the turbo attaches to the "T" which is attached to the block. Its where the oil enters the line and goes to the turbo.

Well the line to use for the turbo is a line with 3an fittings. So what you are looking for is the adapter fitting that goes from 3/8 npt to a 3an fitting. I guess you are going to be running 3an lines i hope? I have an earls catalog with me i can ge you part #'s if ya need late mike

I need to figure out what fitting to use to T from the stock oil sensor and send oil to my mechanical oil pressure gauge. Any one know the sizes of fittings I need? I want to keep the stock sensor on there also.

Either HRC or Howell posted a pic of it a while back but I can't find it in the archives. . .

I have whatever line comes with the HRC kit. I am not sure if it is 3an or not.
