I am looking into a HRC Stage 2. What other stuff should I get to better manage the turbo (turbo timer, egt gauge, a/f gauge, boost controller) will I need any of those or are they nice to haves?

Well, you won't actually NEED any of those. The stage 2 is a direct plug 'n' play system. But on the other hand, I think everyone here will agree that you should get a digital A/F and EGT gauge to monitor you set-up. These technicly(sp) will not help your car run any better, it will just help you monitor and maintain your engine better. Either way, the necessary gauges are recommended. I would also recommend an exhaust, but I see you have a cat-back already....

thanks man. Will this cat-back be enough for other stages as well like... stage 5? I highly doubt it. But I would like to eventually get stage 5.

Going that high in boost, you may want to upgrade your cat-back to a 3" set-up. Oh, a high-flow cat wouldn't hurt to have with your set-up right now either.....
