Got, boost gauge, EGT gauge, soon to get Westach probe, and a modified Nordskog A\F gauge. The A\F gauge 'ONLY' reads at WOT!!! So I'm pretty set for gauges. Just wanna know what to get next. Thanks!!!!

Trust me you'll want a catch can, your pushing so much pressure through your engine that crap is gonna come spewing out all the time Unless you keep the oil like 3/4 on the dipstick all the time.
An starion intercooler is nice but trust me unless you get lucky with me and my 5 dollar intercooler 70 dolla won't cut it.
An AT tranny cool is good but an oil cooler might be a better choice with turbo. What does AT fluid have to do with a turbo? Oil cooler will cool oil which in turn cools your turbine bearings. Not to mention oil is a cars second kind of cooling system.
Manual boost control don't even think about it without an intercooler. When I was stage 1 engine bay temps got HIGH! Upping the boost will only make it worse.

i disagree COMPLETELY. heat is the #1 killer of the a604. when your making more power, you will be generating more heat. whethers its just from going thru the gears quicker, or heat generated from shifts, the more power, the more heat youll generate in the tranny.
ive already been thru 2 automatics, so this choice would be an easy one for me...
besides, at stage 1 boost levels, your not exactly pushing the limits of the stock oil system or cooling system. i went thru 2 trannies w/ intake and exhaust. tranny problems on this board are isolated, but if you look around to other cars that use the same transmission, youll see they arent exactly the most reliable things around

Buy the Corbin. I know you are getting conflicting info here, but without knowing your WOT a/f voltage, even with an EGT, you can't double check yourself.
I personally know a 2GNT'er who has run 18PSI on thier auto tranny with no issue for 2 months at a stretch. Heat may be the #1 killer, but time comes in as a close #2.

Thanks for the replies guys. I will eventually get all those, but just trying to decide what next is most important. Dino, the 'modified' Nordskog A\F meter that I got from gadgetseller.com reads the reading at ONLY WOT. The reason I wanna get Corbin's is to read it at idle or partial (cruising) throttle. I know I should've just gotten the Corbin's meter, but oh well, live and learn. I'm really confuse as to get Corbin's A\F meter or the tranny cooler. True, getting a MBC w\o an IC is risky. Thought I just kindda throw it in there. Also, the catch can; hopefully I went spew out that much oil yet, enough for me to get that one to keep track of the oil I use. Oh well, hope to get more inputs. Thank you guys!!!!!! Like I said, I WILL eventually get all those in a span of 2 months!!!!

>Trust me you'll want a catch can, your pushing so much >pressure through your engine that crap is gonna come spewing >out all the time Unless you keep the oil like 3/4 on the >dipstick all the time. > Not ALL people need the catchcan. I dont believe HRC has one with 30psi and 100-shot. Atleast, I havent seen one in any of their pictures of the car. The MBC is not needed til you get an intercooler, so if you dont have a a/f gauge get the volt one that corbin has. If you have a/f save for intercooler and pipes.

Well, i HAVE the A\F gauge already. It's the 'modified' nordskog from gadgetseller.com. It ONLY reads at WOT though. I need Corbin's voltmeter to read during idle and partial throttle.

I'm just curious why people think dataloggers have little importance. They can do an a/f guage's duty and a crappage more. Find out 'whats doing' along the entire RPM graph. Ah now you can sleep. Take back the sleep thereapy matress.

Go buy yourself a nice dinner and put some beers in the fridge. Then worry about accessories when some more money comes in. If you do nothing else intercool it.

Oh well yeah I guess get the AF gauge, you'll want it eventually. Haha you'll want all that crap eventually look me! Still need to get freakin EGT gauge, damn money isues. Actually you should probably just get an EGT, it's more important than AF ratio.
Ok ok the catchcan probably isn't the highest priority. If you got the HRC and want oily pipes go ahead and not install one. But if you have a star that doesn't have the little thing for the hose into the intake I'd at least get an oil bottle and tie wrap that sucka somewhere and cut a hole on the top of the bottle and stuff an hose in there, then I guess poke some holes on the top. Cheap catch can hehe you can even use a coke bottle hehe.
Sigh automatic will always have those disadvantages. I guess traffic is the only avantage
