what i was informed is as follows from hrc tech online: The idle fuel pressure fluctuation you describe may be attributable to changing vacuum signals on your car. In other words, if the vacuum changes, so does the fuel pressure, and vacuum will vary depending upon engine temperature, accessories energized such as air conditioning, power steering, cooling fans, large stereos, etc. It is possible that when you leave the car sit for a half hour (as described) and then start it back up, that the fuel pressure will be different because the vacuum is different. For this reason, we recommend that the fuel pressure only be adjusted with the engine fully warm, accessories off. Disregard higher or lower pressures that are evident when car has cooled down for any period of time, or when AC or cooling fans are on. Even at warm idle, a variation of plus/minus 3 PSI is not unusual, and will not cause any problems. if you think about it it does make seens but i dunno the s-fmu people dont have to warm there car up for it to have the correct fp Michael 99gs Boost It!
