#18640, "Run a fuel gauge off the port"

I have a 96 and want to run a fuel gauge. Can I tap into the port at the end of the rail - relieve the fuel pressure, take off the valve stem connect some steel braided line and hook it up to a gauge? thanks

most likely you dont want to run fuel line into the inside of the car. Make sure to get an electric guage. And for what you said about running a hose to that nipple? Be carefull tightening it, I snapped mine right off. Late mike
