Alright, just got my recalibration kit in the mail, and im a little confused. it seems to be just metal fender washers and rings..this correct? also, none of em are marked, so how do i know which one is the 8:1 disk(the one i will be using for now)? i tried the search and didnt find anything, tried going to vortech site also and it was down for some reason. thanks a lot for any help.

Yeap, it's just rubber diaphrams, washers, and rings.

Is this for the SFMU or the plain FMU?

here ya go.

The kit comes with

4:1 smallest ring and washer
6:1 inbetween ring and washer
8:1 middle sized ring and washer
10:1 inbetween ring and washer
12:1 largest washer only-no ring

The bleed port on the ring does not go next to the rubber round sealing gasket. It goes the other way. The 10:1 does not have a bleed port. The 12:1 does not need a ring, just a large washer. All others use the ring with bleed port and washer. You will see where the washer fits into the back of the ring, it kind of mates together.

My kit also came with a new rubber round blue gasket in case mine was toast.

The 1:1 and 3:1 can only be bought separately. do not know why.
