My motor is being put in now along w/ switching parts from my old motor and switching turbo kit over. How long should I wait before I race my car so I can finally get a time. I was thinking 500 miles+ is normal break in period. Sound right?

Hey Dave i'm glad you decided to keep your baby. did you just swap in that other motor? because if you did there shouldn't be a break in period for it wasn't it a used engine? or did you go nasty and rebuild you old motor? and finally are you happy with your decision
