Hello, I installed my S-AFC and Blitz Dual TT a couple days ago.. it was pretty easy to do, however my afc has been getting different readings than what my tach shows.. at idle (about 900RPM on the tach), it shows about 5xx RPM on the afc.. and the peak RPMs its read is about 4000 something even when i've just about redlined it.. Is this because I didnt tap the RPM wire weell enough and it's not reading the right voltage? Or is this the true RPms or something? Also, my Airflow reading is around 1-2% at full throttle, then it goes up when i realease the gas pedal, is this normal? Thanks for your help...

That is exactly where I put my S-AFC. About the 2-cylinder thing; we have two coils, but you are only taking readings from one. Hence, your RPMs (on the S-AFC) readings from one coil will be half of your actual RPMs (if you were reading from both coils).

Why not just hook it up to the right waire, and set it on 4cyl like it's supposed to be?
The tach wire is solid white. it's the only solid white wire in the harness - use it.

I figured out what was wrong.. I had it set at 6 cylinders!!! I keep thinking about my ex-car,a '00 eclipse gt... I even have the '99 gs which is maroon registered as a white car which was the color of the '00.. which i have to get fixed soon. Here's a question though, how come when I reset my ecu, the car runs good, then after a bit of driving the SES comes on and it runs choppy and things like before? Any ideas?
