oil leaks, oil in your coolant, or coolant in your oil.

do a compression test, orleakdown test. sumone put a link on the board not too long ago about the leakdown test...

And you can get an inspection mirror and flashlight to examine the back of the block near the battery. That is a very common spot for the leak.
