what is the difference between mechanial and electrical for a boost gauge? i know one is in psi other is kpa? how do you know in kpa what psi u r at? apexi is having a garage sale this weekend in orange so i might swing by on my lunch... my lunch is 30mins but i might times it by 3 or so hehe

The mech ones use a vaccumm line to read boost. The elec one uses a sensor then routes it back to the gauge via wire. I have a mech EL one cuz the electrical ones are expensive as hell. Bad thing bout the mech is you gotta find a big enough hole oin the fierwall to route it thru.
