?? i looked at local auto stores, but they don't have any, so is there anywhere online i could get one for the cheapest price?

Autozone carries them. They don't know what they are tho, not even the parts manager. I had to point to the display that had it (the same display as the OBD2 logger tools). It was $30, but you can find them online for ~$20.
