So..if I were to purchase an HRC kit, and upgrade the turbo to a GReddy BOV, would I notice a difference in sound ?

Yes the 3000gt BOV sounds like crap..the GReddy sounds like a piercing hi-pitched whistle..HKS sounds like (well at least on Ricks car) Metal on Metal
