Man my spring break is coming and I was wondering how the project was going. I'm going to try to get a hook-up w/ a professor tomorrow to see if he can heli-arc my starion. I have an extra manifold just dying to see some extra injectors.

As soon as I get back from my spring break (Sat 9th), I will pick up my second manifold. It was being drilled. I will then epoxy in some injector bosses. Then I come up with a way to mount the fuel rail. After that, I will finally put it in the car. I can send you some injector bosses to play with when I get home (if you want). It is just some aluminum tubing that is the perfect size for O-rings (had to order it).

Here's a pic of what I'm using:
The inside diameter is exactly the same as the bosses in the stock manifold (0.558" by my calipers). I haven't installed them yet, but I can send you a set to test out. I'll make you 4 and ship them to you for $10 total. Send me an e-mail if you're interested...cbehnken@vt.edu
