I have a question. is it ok to have an aluminum flywheel with a turbo or will it have negative effects like revving too fast.

It should be fine. I don't know specifically if it's aluminum or not, but a lightened one will work. I believe you'll have to fit a non-modular clutch in though. RS_guy had one and now it's on greg's car from clutchmasters. I would assume it works b/c I haven't heard either of them having probs w/ it.
