i thought the 97-99 haad no return fuel line. how come the instructions for the star kit mentions a return fuel line for both 95-96 and 97-99?? i'm confused. u all were right star instructions SUCK

97-99 do have a return fuel line, just not like you're thinking. The FPR (fuel pressure regulator) is mounted under the car behind your passenger side door real close to the fuel tank. from that point it has a return line to the tank and a line that goes to the rail. 95's have a fuel system that makes a compete circle w/ the FPR on the rail.

I had to add a fuel return line for my HRC kit on my 1999 RS. Just a long pipe zip-tied to the rest of them under the car. Came with the kit.
