#16312, "this a good buy?"

Sup guys, I have a quick '?'. Im sure most of you have looked at this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1806442543&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=1014662819&indexURL=0&rd=1 on e-bay. My question is , I it worth it ? or should i keep saving for the HRC kit? I only need a couple of weeks more to hae enough to spare for the HRC kit. So ..get boost now or boost later?

i've seen those auctions get all the way up to $2500 without the reserve being met. If you think you are going to get one for nothing... expect the reserve to be pretty close to the $2750 "buy it now" price.

Sorry for the bad news.

i emailed the guy that was selling those a while back, and i think he told me that the reserve price was set at 2700, or somewhere around there. he lives in so cal, so he told me that i just pick it up from him and not pay ship.. i think he sells them for around 2700 though.

Yeah I know an auction has its ups and downs. The thing is I live in South cali. so I would NOT have to have it shipped. It is cheaper then the HRC kit. The thing is I keep hearing that the Star kit has little to no support and HRC's is unmatched...but I could get this and maybe have you guys help me out if I have any questions? Oh and Im a 98gs auto w/ 38K mi. Im just really confused...

TIA
