The car wont rev beyond 4k rpms. I cant take it out for a drive because my moms car is blocking me in the garage but I was reving it up and it stops at 4k. I didnt do anything to the car that wasnt done before. What could be the problem?? I had the battery disconnecting for about 2 days. Would that have reset the Super AFC??? I remember taking the battery off before and the AFC not reseting. If the AFC did reset I know its default setting are for v-6 and such settings. Would this prevent the car from not reving past 4k? I cant tune the AFC because it broke (I cant see the screen but I know its on cuz the lights turn on for the buttons). Help me out guys....

Any CEL lights?
It sounds like your car is in safe mode. Since your S-AFC is broke, cut the red wire. You don't want it interfering with anything important. Then reset your ecu and try again.

Ok, I cut the red wire to the AFC and now the car wont stay started for more than 5 seconds. It starts, then dies. I have no clue whats wrong with it, all I did was replace a 90degree elbow. wtf....

Well, you cut the power to the AFC and now your computer is not receiving any MAP signal b/c the afc can't put it through. Either reconnect the red power wire of your AFC and check for the correct settings on the screen OR (preferably) reconnect your MAP wires and take the AFC out of the loop.
