They're just like that. if it really bugs you, weld it into the downpipe.

You can route the exhaust gas(wastegate dump) back into the downpipe with an exhaust flex hose. You will need the same size as the dump tube, weld it up to the dump and then into a spot in the downpipe. I would install it close to the end of the downpipe.

DEI and a few others makes universal flex hose. Might try Summitracing, I think I saw it in their mag.

I took my car to precision welding shop and they told me they could weld it. There going to turn the dump tube upside down and then it will be pointing right into the down-pipe and weld it on to it.(just out of curiousity how much HP will I lose?)And will I be able to here the turbo spool once it boost past 2 lbs.?

mine is welded into the downpipe rite at the beginning just below the turbo. you can't tell when the wastegate opens, and all you hear is the turbo spooling emoji

Pyscodragon,
If you turn your dump tube upside down, won't it point right at the hood????
