im excited to get this thing on. but i was wondering, with the Vortech FMU. what "disk" should i use in it? it comes with the 12:1 disk in it aready right? is this what should be used for 5-6psi? ill only be running that much boost till this June (when i rebuild), then ill upgrade the fuel system a little more. thanks for any help with the FMU. on a side note, i will be intercooled, the custom FMIC is just waiting for a home so to speak.

what about when i wanna run 10-12psi with the built engine, what FMU setting will i use then? so the 12:1 disk should be fine for 5-6 psi? thanks a lot for any help, and SHOGUN, your car kicks butt.

The 4:1 is with bigger than stock injectors(at least 440CC/42LB). 12:1 disc with stock injectors is fine up to 7 psi. I would stay 5 psi nonintercooled and then jump to 7 psi intercooled. Summer time in the south gets damn hot without an intercooler. If you want to jump to 30LB injectors, use the 6:1 disc in the fmu. Total price is about $210 for Accel injectors from summit and recalibration kit from Vortech. This fuel system is good for a safe 10 psi intercooled. I do not know how long the bottom end will last, doing this daily, but the fuel system will not be the weak link.
