Just wondering if the check valve is still necessary with my SFMU w/ bleed port option? While goign through the HRC instructions I noticed a check valve is used with the HAhn regulator.

Only making sure.

let me know. thanx.

There's an easy way to check it out. Attach a vacuum hose to the Vac/boost input on the S-FMU. Try to suck air through it with the bleed valve open. If you can suck air in, then you need a check valve. I bet that you won't need one. I couldn't imagine vortech making an option that would create a vacuum leak (no cars like vacuum leaks).

I'm still looking for a job. Once I have a job, then I buy the ring. We aren't officially "engaged", although the church is booked for june 2003. Evidently you have to book everything way in advance. She's already got a dress, caterer, florist, etc. I've just got to make sure I show up to the ceremony on time.

On my s-fmu those three holes in it, Boost, bleed valve and one other, there is little screws in there, are those supposed to be all the way in or completely out, or what??

Vacuum screw-doesn't do anything for us, leave it be
Boost screw-vents boost, gently screw it fully in
Bleed port-generally plugged with a screw, leave it
